About M3 :

M3 is an exciting new space age material that is just now being recognized for its remarkable beauty, strength and futuristic properties. Millions of dollars have been spent perfecting this material for the aerospace, medical, marine, architectural and other industries. The skin of the Space Shuttle, the Stealth Bomber and the International Space Station all contain examples of this remarkable new material. It is electronically depleted so that it will not conduct electricity or promote electrolysis allowing for new metal alloys that are just not possible in nature.

MetalPenBlanks.com is a division of MHKogan Corp. MHKogan Corp. is a business development and marketing consultant to many other businesses in a diverse group of industries. While working with a large company that uses M3 to create exotic and beautiful architectural finishes for the design community our founder, Michael H. Kogan (an avid pen collector) started to toy with the possible applications for the high end custom pen industry.

After many months of collaboration and hundreds of hours of R&D the MetalPenBlanks.com product line was developed. The architectural finishes company has set up the production lines in their facility which is a bonus due to their attention to even the finest detail. MHKogan Corp. handles the marketing and fulfillment while both companies continue to collaborate on additional products and work together to meet customer expectations.

The response to the products has been huge. We started with a simple test market by listing the M3 metal pen blanks on eBay and we were overwhelmed with the orders in just two short weeks. Our products were discussed on the major pen forums where one of the penturners agreed to review our metal pen blanks (click here to read the review).

Once the review was posted on the forum we had to add a second production line in order to keep up with the demand and as they say....the rest is history.
